Arlen is one of the founders of Arez. Her responsibilities at the company are the daily operations.
She was Chief Financial Officer at the shipyard in Leirvik (Hyllestad) for nine years before coming to Arez. Prior to that she was a project controller.
In addition to competence within finance, Arlen also has a degree in project management from Nord-Trøndelag University College.

Erlend hatleberg
Project manager
Erlend is one of the founders of Arez. His responsibility at the company is project execution.
He was managing director at the shipyard in Leirvik (Hyllestad) before coming to Arez. Erlend has also worked many years as project leader and has experience within complicated new constructions for offshore, ferries, and well boats amongst other things.
Erlend is a certified engineer. He also has a degree in project management from Nord-Trøndelag University College.

Rita is one of the founders of Arez. Her responsibilities at the company are the controller routines.
She was a project controller within finance at the shipyard in Leirvik (Hyllestad) for fifteen years. Rita has also had several different positions at the same shipyard, which gives her a combined experience of 30 years from the industry.
In addition to long experience within finance, Rita also has a degree in project management from Nord-Trøndelag University College.
karl eirik Frøysa Hansen
Chairman of the board
Karl Eirik is one of the founders of Arez. He has several years of experience as an accountant and as a finance manager within the maritime industry.
Karl Eirik is a State Authorised Public Accountant and Certified European Financial Analyst. He got both of his degrees at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
